Dormie Network Foundation 2025 ANNUAL REPORT

Dear Dormie Network Community

As we closed the books on our 2025 business year, I had the opportunity to pause and reflect on all that Dormie Network Foundation has accomplished over the past six years. I’m reminded of how exciting it felt in 2020 to raise $1 million in a single year. Today, our team is capable of raising over $1 million in a single month. We have grown alongside Dormie Network, and the impact we create year over year amazes me.

In 2025, the Foundation once again achieved record results. Our in-kind giving totaled $8,293,904, with Dormie Network product supporting more than 2,000 nonprofit events nationwide. Cash granting also remained strong, with $916,611 donated directly to nonprofits in need. Together, these efforts produced a total nonprofit impact of $9,210,515 for the year. As a young organization, I am incredibly proud of our commitment to the nonprofit communities we serve and of our leadership within the industry when it comes to giving back in the places we call home.

The Foundation’s lifetime impact continues to balloon. To date, in-kind donations have generated $24,840,890 to support our nonprofit partners, while total cash grants now exceed $2,625,318. Combined, our all-in fundraising impact stands at an impressive $27,466,208—and continues to grow each day. This work is a testament to Dormie Network’s unwavering commitment to our nonprofit partners and to our membership as a whole.

As we turn the page to 2026, the Foundation has begun to scale back our in-kind giving initiative to focus more intentionally on expanding Dormie Network Foundation itself. We will engage both our vendors and membership to help secure funding for our philanthropic work. Every dollar raised is invested directly into nonprofit projects aligned with our four giving pillars: youth golf, environmental initiatives, military and first responder support, and healthcare and humanitarian efforts across the United States. This strategic shift positions us to become a fully cash-granting entity by 2030.

Thank you for your continued generosity and commitment to the Dormie Network community. We are grateful to be part of such a giving organization, and we look forward to building an even greater collective impact together in the years ahead.

Here is to continuing our activation of generosity in 2026!

Yours in service,

In-Kind Donations

Dormie Network Foundation offers in-kind donations in the form of experiences. There are two ways: Dormie Network Stay and Play Packages and one-year memberships. In-kind donations raised over $8.2 million in 2025.

Donors can receive a one-year Dormie Network membership by making a significant donation to the nonprofit. Membership includes access to all seven national golf destinations in the Network. 100% of the donation goes to the nonprofit.

It is a win for everyone: donors enjoy a world-class experience while nonprofits enhance their fundraising efforts, and Dormie Network connects with prospective members.

Big Sky Bravery (BSB) provides post-combat decompression programs in Montana’s backcountry for active-duty Special Operations Forces—elite warriors who are still serving on the front lines. In 2025, BSB raised $700,000 at their Inaugural Operator Cup hosted at Dormie Club, a Dormie Network property. DNF provided memberships to support the event’s “Sponsor an Operator” initiative.

Each sponsorship fully funded a recipient’s experience and included a one-year Dormie Network membership for the donor. These in-kind memberships accounted for 41% of the $700,000 raised.

“Donors love to give, but they love to give and have a little fun at the same time and connect with quality people! Doing donor outings at any Dormie Network property is such a great use of time! Our donors love golf and have heard about Dormie Network. Once they heard about how to become members through the donated membership, they were excited.”

- Erik Billinger, ACE Scholarships Chief Development Officer

ACE Scholarships (ACE) raised over $88,500 in just three years from donated Dormie Network memberships. ACE advances K–12 educational freedom by providing need-based financial support that empowers families to choose the high-quality schools that best fit their children.

“The response has been overwhelmingly positive. After spending three nights at Dormie Club and experiencing the full Dormie Network hospitality firsthand, donors were genuinely thrilled at the opportunity to receive a membership. It felt like the perfect blend—supporting our nation’s most elite warriors while also gaining access to an exclusive golf trip. It has been a win-win that left donors feeling both inspired and appreciated.”

In-Kind Giving for Golf Tournaments

Stay and Play Packages

Golf for Good: Intersection of Golf and Philanthropy

Our sister company and partner, GolfStatus, is the leading event management platform for charity golf tournaments and fundraisers. Together, GolfStatus and Dormie Network Foundation leverage the appeal of golf to bolster fundraising for nonprofits. By integrating GolfStatus’ innovative technology with the Foundation’s national network, this partnership creates new opportunities to strengthen and expand the Foundation’s impact. All in-kind donations in the form of a Dormie Network Stay and Play Package are facilitated through our partner GolfStatus.

Stay and Play Packages are experiential fundraising for charity events that give the donor an exclusive experience of a two-day, one-night stay at a private Dormie Network golf club. 100% of the amount raised from the Stay and Play Package goes to the nonprofit.

  • Tee It Up 4 All raised $46,000 for their organization in 2025 from Stay and Play Packages. These funds support their mission to enhance the physical and mental well-being of adaptive athletes, at-risk and adaptive youth, wounded veterans, and first responders by using golf as a tool to help them achieve their life goals.

  • Champ Camp, in Carmel, Indiana, provides a summer camp experience for children and adolescents with tracheostomies and those who require technological respiratory assistance. Campers participate in outdoor summer camp activities that encourage independence, confidence, and self-esteem. A Dormie Network member connected DNF with the organization, and thanks to Stay and Play Packages, Champ Camp raised $10,000 in 2025.

Play It Forward

In its fifth annual campaign, Play It Forward celebrates those who use golf for good. Presented in partnership with GolfStatus, the campaign invites individuals to nominate a golf tournament fundraiser for a chance to win a $10,000 donation and a Stay and Play Package. In 2025, Play It Forward selected Hope Strengthens Foundation as the winner from over 1,500 submissions. Hope Strengthens Foundation provides financial support to individuals and families facing serious illness, disability, or traumatic injury. Their programs help cover medical costs, recovery equipment, and related expenses, and they also offer scholarships to students pursuing healthcare careers.

Cash Granting

The cash grant program offers direct financial support to nonprofits, providing flexible aid to address the unique challenges and needs of each charity. In 2025, DNF granted a new record amount of $916,611.

Jeanne & Martha Fore a Cure Fund for Cancer Research

Dormie Network directed net proceeds from the Collier Classic—a Dormie Network member event held at Victoria National—to the Jeanne & Martha Fore a Cure Fund. The event generated $94,550 in net proceeds to support cancer research at the Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Phelan McDermid Syndrome Foundation

The second annual Dormie Masters at Dormie Club raised funds in support of Head Golf Professional Kalan Fread’s daughter, Ella June, and the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation. Dormie Network Foundation donated nearly $23,000 to advance the Foundation’s mission of making life better today and the future brighter for everyone living with this complex condition, from the moment of diagnosis to the development of treatments and cures.
